  1. Preheat oven 325 degrees.
  2. Place in this order in a large bowl sugar, eggs, oil, salt, orange juice, flour baking soda, cinnamon and vanilla.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Add apples, coconut, chcolate chips and nuts. Mix thoroughly.
  5. Grease 10" round pan slightly.
  6. Pour into pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
