      A really unique taste and nice change to traditional tomato-based bbq sauces. We used baby back ribs, applied a dry rub, and cooked them in the oven for 1.25 hours at 300 degrees (next time will reduce oven time to 1 hour even). DH then applied the sauce and cooked them over a charcoal fire. You definitely need to give them your full attention and flip/baste them often so the glaze doesn't burn. Served these delicious ribs with corn on the cob and fresh pinto beans which I made in my new pressure cooker. Great meal. No pic as we were starving and dove right in.
