Super easy! Made the popover and chopped apples last night, took a quick shower while the oven pre-heated this morning and let the uncooked popover sit on the counter (to warm up a bit), and popped it in the oven while I got ready for work and they were ready to go right on time. I used apple butter for the topping and heated mine in the microwave on 30 sec intervals! Thanks for posting! Made for PRMR tag!

I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I love to bake and cook which has helped me to become very overweight.
I have lost 50 pounds this past year and have been learning to cook "lighter". We still enjoy many of the same dishes we used to. However, I have learned portion control and how to make suttle changes to my recipes that don't affect the flavor.
