Great recipe. I cooked an entire chicken on the Kamado Joe using a vertical roaster and it was wonderful. I had quite a bit of sauce left over for the next time. Served it with Recipe #33489 and potato salad.
Crazy good. The rub gave it a really nice deep flavor with bite and the sauce cooled it all down. I did reduce the amount of red pepper to 1/8tsp as BF has serious gastrointestinal consequences from spicy food. Turned out great and will definitely make again.
