Found this online & made it while at work. I tested it out on my co-workers & they loved it. I followed the instructions listed below but I changed some of the ingredients below by using strawberry milk & I added a cup of low-fat yogurt (peach flavored)so so good!! My co-workers all said they would have paid me for the drink! lol
- 1 banana, peeled & chopped
- 1 apple, peeled & chopped
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1 cup ice
- 1⁄4 cup flavored yogurt (optional)
- In a blender combine banana, apple, orange juice, milk & optional yogurt. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Delicious fruit smoothie combination! Very refreshing! I made it without the ice as my blender doesn't blend even crushed ice very well. Made for Lets P-A-R-T-Y December Event!
My husband loves Smoothies! And I wanted to try something different and simple and this was it ! Soooo Delicious!!! I didnt have orange juice :( so I tried pineapple juice and I think it turned out Great??
