An interesting tasting smoothie, very cardamomy with fresh cardamom seeds from the pod. My banana was not really ripe (still had green on the tip), I used an apple from the tree outside, local strawberries (small so used more), a very good alcohol free vanilla, local honey, apple cider from the regular grocery store, & no ice per preference but it could have done with being a bit colder. Made for Veggie Swap 38 ~ September ~

A nice fruity concoction with all the fruit flavors blending together nicely. It could have been a touch more chilled with maybe some added ice, but that's purely personal taste. Made for ThinkPink~

A nice fruity drink to relax with. I liked the sparkling apple cider bubble effect in this recipe. Very tasty!! Prepared in honor of Sharon123 as a participate in the Spring 2008 Livestrong Event.

I thought that this originally sounded a little strange but interesting enough to make me want to try it. I'm glad I did this was great but as for being 2 serves I'm not sure, my DD wouldn't share at all. I used frozen strawbs & only 1 tblsp honey and didn't bother peeling the apple all for a yummy combo which was enjoyed by my DD at least!!!
