A simple recipe that makes a yummy filling for crepes.
- 3 granny smith apples
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 cup sultana
- Peel, core and slice the apples.
- Place in a saucepan along with all other ingredients.
- Cook until apples are soft, stirring every so often.
- Serve warm in hot crepes.
