I enjoyed this very much.The fresh ginger is a must (no powder) I didn't have the apple sauce but instead used apple butter.This added a new flavor and a new idea.Next time I'm adding 2tbl. of toasted pine nuts.I would try this very good recipe though to expeerience the wounderfull flavor and the little bite of fresh ginger.Oh,I did go to Wendays and get a baked potato,used my own fat free sour cream.
