This recipe is from my Australian Women's Weekly Detox book.
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 80 ml fresh apple juice
- 1⁄2 medium apple, grated coarsley
- 50 g blueberries
- 95 g sheep milk yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh apple juice, extra
- 1 tablespoon blueberries, extra
- Combine oats and juice in small bowl.
- Put in fridge for one hour, covered (until soft).
- Add some apples, blueberries and yoghurt.
- Serve with the extra juice and blueberries.
