Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 80 ml fresh apple juice
  • 12 medium apple, grated coarsley
  • 50 g blueberries
  • 95 g sheep milk yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh apple juice, extra
  • 1 tablespoon blueberries, extra

Directions

  1. Combine oats and juice in small bowl.
  2. Put in fridge for one hour, covered (until soft).
  3. Add some apples, blueberries and yoghurt.
  4. Serve with the extra juice and blueberries.
