  1. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, cilantro, peppers, and garlic.
  2. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of beef.
  3. Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  4. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, carrot, zucchini, and dill.
  5. Spread about 2 tablespoons on each slice of ham and turkey.
  6. Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate overnight.
  8. Slice into 1-1/2inch pieces.
