Opps I reviewed the sauce. Deleated and changed. Good made as is but after browning meatballs I finished cooking in oven used with Uncle Tom's Appetizer Meatball Sauce

Excellent meatballs nice and tender and juicy!! I did make some changes I used panko crumbs instead of bread crumbs, rehydrated dried minced onion (2 tablespoons onions to 3 tablespoons warm water) and I baked them for 20 minutes instead of frying. SO good my new meatball recipe. Thanks so much for posting!!!

These tasted great! I only used ground beef and browned them using Pam Butter flavor to make them a little healthier. As recommended Uncle Tom's Appetizer Meatball Sauce. There were none left at the end of the night. Thanks for a great recipe!

Just nothing like a great tasting meatball and this is it. Have made up a # of batches, flash froze them and vacum packed ready at a moments notice. I did serve some with Gerry999 Uncle Tom's Appetizer Meatball Sauce which was rated tops by my guests. Great recipe.

These were oh so yummy I made these as Gerry 999 had sugested, these go well with her sauce Uncle Tom's Appetizer Meatball Sauce. It was perfect and they paired well. I will say these meatballs are full of flavour by themselves and can be enjoyed with or without a dipping sauce. If going for a dipping sauce I would say they would also pair well with a sweet chili dipping sauce. I agree with Fairy Nuff they would make great burgers. Enjoyed by all, big thumbs up and will be making again and again. Delicious!!!

excellent. Used fresh bread crumbs and italian herbs. The turned out light and tasty. Used recipe 171186 as the sauce.

Wow...these were fab!! These are so easy to put together and taste great. I used an asian sweet chili sauce and pork...YUM! These went down well with the whole family...they had a nice tang to them without being too hot for my youngest daughter. I like Fairy Nuff's suggestion of making them into burgers too! Oh they are great cold also so would be nice to add to a picnic basket.

Have been trying new appetizer recipes...a trial run before some planned gatherings. These are really good! No left overs! I know my guests will enjoy a platter of these delicious appetizers. I like to include something new when serving family and friends and this one is certainly worth the making.

What a great recipe, Toolie!! I used half each of ground beef and pork - made the recipe exactly as the directions stated and ended up with extremely tasty little morsels that my whole family enjoyed. My eldest son, Daniel, wants me to make burgers using this recipe from now on!! I will certainly be making these again, they were very yummy!! Thanks Toolie.
