I made this up myself.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 (1 lb) cans creamed corn
  • 12 lb bacon, chopped cooked, and drained
  • 1 medium onion, chopped very fine
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 teaspoon red pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese, of your choice (cheddar, montery jack, sharp cheddar)

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium soup pan and bring to boil.
  2. Lower to a simmer and cook to desired consistency.
  3. Place in bowl and top with cheese.
  4. Serve with corn chips.
