A great "breakfast on the go", or mid-afternoon "pick me up".
- 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt
- 6 medium strawberries
- 1 cup canned crushed pineapple with juice
- 1 medium banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
Delicious smoothie!! I didn't really measure, just through in 1/2 of a banana, several strawberries and the pineapple. I used low fat plain yogurt, so was glad to add the vanilla. Made for ZWT's Dinner and a Movie Challenge.
