Great with Raw Veggies! I use cider vinegar.
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion, grated
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Chill and serve with Anything!
Made this to dip jalapeno bites with. It worked great. I didn't have any onion so added onion powder. Thanks for the recipe!
I made a half batch of this and it was great! I used Miracle Whip for the mayo and I think I would do it again. It was nice and tangy. My son and I thoroughly enjoyed it on some sweet red pepper strips. We also tried it on some tortilla chips and liked it that way. I can't wait to take this to a family reunion.
