This is a good shake!! So easy to make. I was hoping the yogurt would cut down the acidity of the orange juice, but for me, it didn't. Not the fault of the recipe. I used orange juice, not fresh oranges. That might have made a difference. Thank you for sharing your recipe!! Made for PAC Fall '08.
- 2 oranges, juice of or 2 cups orange juice
- 2 cups low-fat plain yogurt
- 10 ice cubes
- 1 ounce whipped cream (optional)
