Any Fruit Juice Bread (Liliko'i, Lemon, Pomegranate, Orange Etc)

"I found this as a Liliko‘i (passion fruit) recipe that suggested lemon is no Liliko'i was available. Then I realized it would work for ANY fruit juice. So use this as a good "base" recipe and go from there."

  • Cream butter and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time.
  • Mix flour and baking powder together.
  • Add dry ingredients and liquid ingredients to the sugar mixture until well blended.
  • Pour batter into two silicone (greased) loaf pans and bake at 350F for 45-50 minutes.
  • You can use oat flour for this recipe, too, but it’s a bit more crumbly.

  1. I have been trying several recipes for Loliko’i bread, and this is the best yet! I also glazed the tops with a powdered sugar-juice glaze while still warm. Next try, I added 1/2 cup dried unsweetened coconut...yum.
