"This is my attempt to make a copy cat version of Antonio's House Italian dressing. It's not exactly it, but it's really good if you like sweet dressings with a lot of vinegar."

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup white vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup apple cider vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup sugar
• 1⁄4 cup vegetable oil
• 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
• 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic
• 1 dash salt

directions

1. add all ingredients together in a jar or bottle and shake well.

This was a very well balanced dressing, not too sweet and not too sour. The only change I made was to use all olive oil.
