- 3 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 12 Ritz crackers
- 3 slices hard salami, quartered
- 3 stuffed green olives, each cut into 4 slices
- Cut cheese crosswise into 12 thin slices, then cut each slice crosswise in half.
- Cover each cracker with 1 cheese piece, 1 salami piece and a second cheese piece.
- Top each with an olive slice.
