A recipe I tweaked a bit from the Family Fun Cookbook

  1. Preheat oven to 350, grease and lightly flour loaf pans, set aside.
  2. Combine Applesauce, vanilla, honey, agave, syrup, egg whites, buttermilk and bananas in mixer.
  3. Combine flours, baking powder, soda, seeds and coconut.
  4. Mix wet with dry.
  5. pour evenly in loaf pans.
  6. bake for about 50 minutes or until center is clean and top bounces back.
