Here is another way to use leftover pumpkin puree
- 1 banana (Frozen and peeled)
- 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
- 3 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream or 1 scoop frozen yogurt
- 1⁄3 cup water
- Cut up your frozen Banana.
- Put the rest of the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend on high until smooth.
- Pour into glasses and enjoy!
