Another Pork Chops and Beer Recipe

"This is one of our favorites. The first time I made them, I did not let them simmer long enough. They will be falling off the bone when they are done. If you need to add liquid, add beef broth as too much beer will give it a bad taste."

  2. I used an amber beer and the texture of the pork chop was awesome! Made gravy out of the sauce by adding flour and milk....YUM!

  5. I was torn between this and another pork chop recipe today. Boy am I glad I tried this one. The chops truly are very moist, so tender, fall off the bone. I used the entire can of beef broth. It made the best gravy for our mashed potatoes. Also served with roasted carrots. Definitely a keeper and will be making again REAL SOON! Thanks!

RECIPE SUBMITTED BY

I love to cook and try new recipes. In my family, when we get together, it is always in the kitchen. I have made my own cookbook from others recipes. I cut them out of magazines, get them off the web. I put the recipes in page protectors and place in a three ringed binder. I can pull the recipe out tand the page protector keeps it from becoming a mess while cooking, and no big cookbooks laying around.
