I have not tried this recipe. I got this recipe from Obesity Help. It was posted by Carol Just.
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 1⁄4 cup sugar-free syrup
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup vanilla soy protein powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- Mix all ingredients together, then roll into balls and press w/ fork.
- Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
excellent. thank you. I did a half batch and used about 1/4c soy powder and 1/4c TVP (what i had on hand).( i worked slow to allow moisture to get into tvp.) and roughly a 1/3c sweet n low. My 1/2 batch is more like 21 cookies. very tasty and i feel good about my sweet. thank you. sweet, moist, a little crumbly but fabulous.
