Another, Albeit the Best, Beef Stew in Crockpot

"After many years, and many versions of beef stew tasting, this one is tweaked to my preference's. I like more of a thin gravy rather than a soupy broth, but that is a minor detail easliy taken care of at the end of cooking. Just add a thickener (cornstarch and water) to make more of a gravy or add some beef broth to thin it out."

I lived in Maui for 13 years and Guam 2 years before that before moving to TN in 2008. Maui is where I found my love for food! With all the great tropical flavors and SUPER FRESH produce and seafood made it easy to eat great everyday. It was the OUTSTANDING restaurants in Hawaii (ie, Roy's, Sam Choy, Merimands, Hula Grill, oh the list could go forever) that sparked my interest in cooking.
