I made this using skinless chicken thighs. WOW. A great tasting inexpensive meal that's simple to make.

Directions

  1. Place one cut up fryer or 4 breasts in a casserole.
  2. Combine All other Ingredients.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken.
  4. Place in 350 degree Oven.
  5. After 1 hour turn chicken.
  6. Back another 30-45 minutes.
  7. Serve with white rice.
