  1. Blend mustard and sour cream thoroughly.
  2. Brush mixture on chicken.
  3. Roll in bread crumbs.
  4. Line 13"x9" pan with non-stick foil.
  5. Place chicken on foil.
  6. Bake at 425º 40-45 minutes or till chicken is cooked through.
