Delicious and easy Cinnamon loaf - tried and true recipe that will fill the house with mouth watering smells!

  1. Cream together the butter, 2 cups of sugar and eggs.
  2. add milk, flour and baking soda.
  3. butter and flour 2 loaf pans.
  4. pour 1/4 of the batter into each loaf pan.
  5. mix the cinnamon and 2/3 cup of sugar together.
  6. sprinkle 1/4 of the cinnamon mixture on top of the batter.
  7. add the remaining batter to each of the pans.
  8. add the remaining sugar mixture to the top of the batter mixture.
  9. swirl the batter in each pan with a knife.
  10. bake at 350 F for 50 - 60 minutes, checking with a toothpick or knife towards the end to come out clean.
  11. cool 20 minutes in pan - if you can wait that long!
