Annette's Famous Artichoke Dip

"Fabulous peppery dip that will definitely be a hit at your next party!"

 

• Ready In: 40mins
• Ingredients: 6
• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (quartered seems to work best)
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
• 3 -5 dashes pepper sauce (Chili Garlic Sauce, Red hot or Siracha)
• cracked black pepper (really, a lot!!, course ground)

directions

1. Combine. Keep adding pepper until it tastes delicious! Put in about 2 cup casserole. Serve this with pita chips, bagel crisps or corn chips - it’s good with anything!
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
