Fruit salad with mint and basil. Very refreshing.
- 1⁄2 fresh pineapple, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 cantaloupe, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Grand Marnier
- 2 teaspoons anise basil, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon mint, finely minced
- Combine fruits in bowl.
- In separate bowl whisk together the lemon juice, honey, liqueur, basil and mint.
- Toss with the fruit and serve.
