tortellini salad

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (12 ounce) package tortellini
  • 2 -3 cups frozen vegetables
  • 12 cup bottled Italian dressing
  • 14 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  2. Place frozen vegetables in colander in sink.
  3. Drain cooked tortellini over vegetables.
  4. Rinse with cold water.
  5. In shallow bowl, combine tortellini with all other ingredients.
  6. Toss lightly.
  7. Chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.
