I took a few different recipes and combined them to make my own healthier version.
- 2 cups mashed bananas
- 6 ounces nonfat strawberry-banana yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup sugar-free maple syrup
- 1⁄3 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons Smart Balance butter spread
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons baking soda
- 2 tablespoons applesauce
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 3⁄4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 egg whites
- Mix all Ingredients.
- Pour into 2 loaf pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
