I live in Corpus Christi, Tx. My house backs on a salt water canal and I catch crabs almost every day. I've been looking for the perfect crab cake recipe and this is IT! Only suggestions is I found adding 3 green onions & 1/4 cup red sweet pepper chopped fine adds to the recipe.. I also coated each crab cake with crab boil seasoning and fried in real butter. PERFECTION !!! My search is now over thanks to Agnelina's Restaurant for sharing this recipe.

Other than adding in some lemon juice to the crab mix, I followed the recipe. We thought they were great and I had the pleasure of having the leftovers for lunch! This will be repeated time and again!
These were soooo good! The only thing I did differently was add some diced red pepper and onion. Also added a couple tablespoons of breadcrumbs to the flour before dusting the cakes! Serviced with the sauce from Grilled Tuna Burgers With Wasabi Mayonnaise. Thanks Andi for the recipe! Excellent crab cakes. The flavors blended so well together. I made the recipe as written and would not change a thing about it. I served this with Cajun Remoulade Sauce. Thanks Andi for a keeper. Will be made again.
Andi, I made these for dinner last night and they were absolutely scrumptious!!! This is my crab cake recipe from now on. Thank you for posting, I know we will have this often.
