The mint and shrimp was a supprise taste but oh so good. I used some white wine towards the end. Thank you for posting the recipe. Made for the ZWT5 for Cooks with Dirty Faces.

Everyone at my house slurped this dish up. I loved the mint and parsley combination and the ease of the preparation! Definitely a winner. I used white wine in the preparation. Made for Beverage Tag.

Very easy and I enjoyed the unusual combination of the mint with the shrimp. I added a little amaretto to the shrimp and it gave it a slightly sweet flavor. Thank you Mama!
