Sourced from another Donna Hay magazine and tweeked to match what we had in the pantry. Yum again Donna.
- 180 g angel hair pasta, uncooked
- 425 g tuna in vegetable oil, drained
- 100 g green beans, sliced and blanched
- 50 g pitted kalamata olives, chopped
- 1⁄2 lemon, juiced
- balsamic vinegar, to taste
- 1⁄2 bunch basil, chopped
- Cook pasta as directed on packet. Drain and return to pot and mix through all other ingredients. Serve.
