  1. Preheat oven to 325*.
  2. Combine cake flour and sugar.
  3. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar with a mixer until peaks begin to form.
  4. Fold the flour/sugar into the egg whites in thirds.
  5. Fold in the salt, vanilla, and almond extract until combined.
  6. Spoon batter into ungreased bundt pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour until light brown.
  8. Remove from oven and cool for 1 hour.
  9. Loosen edges of cake from the pan with a knife and turn out onto a plate.
  10. Combine Strawberries, blueberries, honey and orange juice and serve with the cake.
