  1. Wash & cut tomatoes into lengthwise wedges.
  2. Arrange them on a small platter.
  3. Place 1 anchovy fillet onto each tomato section.
  4. Combine oil from the canned anchovies with rest of ingredients.
  5. Pour over tomatoes & anchovies.
