Made this today for 5 adults along with your special (and separately posted) Au Jus - everyone raved.. This is a REALLY good seasoning concoction for beef, and the house smelled fantastic whilst roasting.. I will be using this recipe exclusively from now on for our French Dip roasts.. thanks Amy for posting, and congrats on making Chef of the Day.

DH says this recipe is definitely 5 stars. He had a huge sandwich for dinner and took another huge sandwich to work. He went so far as to say "Hang on to that recipe", he seldom comments like that. The roast got a little overdone for us (medium well) as he was late coming home, but it was still delicious! Thanks for sharing. *Made for PAC 2008*
