  1. On 4/26/22 I cooked this with country styled potatoes, kielbasa sausage, corn and added olive oil to pan so because it was too blan I added freshly ground pepper, topped it with a three blend cheese and bacon bits. Next time I will make it with copped bell pepper and onion.

  2. I made this recipe on 3/26/08 for our dinner. And since there are only two of us,this is how I made it.I used 1/2 lb. of smoked sausage,8 ounces of diced frozen hash browns, 1/4 cup of chopped onion, and about 3/4 cup of frozen corn. Before adding the corn, I tasted the potatoes and added some salt and pepper. The taste was o.k.,but my SO and I felt like it needed something else to "perk it up".Thanks for posting, and "Keep Smiling :)"

  3. I really liked this recipe a lot. I added green chilis and cheddar cheese which gave it a nice flavor.

  4. It was good, but, I used 1# kielbasa, 1/2 bag of frozen potatoes and 2 cans of mixed veggies.
