- 2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
- 5 -6 sprigs fresh parsley
- 5 -6 leaves fresh spinach
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan-romano cheese mix
- 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
- Put all ingredients except extra virgin olive oil in food processor and pulse a few times.
- Run regular cycle, and stream in extra virgin olive oil slowly, until all blended.
- Enjoy over pasta or bread.
