Oh Amy. The wonderful Christmas memories our family has of the year you lived next door. Where are you now? We are so glad we at least have your fudge recipe to remember you by.
- 8 ounces marshmallow cream
- 1 (28 ounce) jar peanut butter, Peter Pan
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- Cook sugar, milk, and butter for 4 minutes at a boil.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Pour into a 9"x13" pan.
I am so frustrated...there was NO pouring into a baking dish because it was not of pouring consistency. I couldn't add all of the other ingredients because it was already hardening.
