These are delicious over the holidays. Great for giving as well!
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 garlic clove, cracked
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons seasoning salt
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 30 ounces mixed nuts
- Melt butter with garlic clove. When melted remove garlic.
- In a large skillet over medium low heat roast nuts for about 7-8 minutes. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Add butter to nuts.
- Add all spices to nuts and stir.
