  1. This is a nice sauce, though not really like the classic enchilada sauce. It is very mild, almost more like pasta sauce so if you are looking for a kick I would add some finely diced jalapeno or up the hotter spices. It goes very well with her beef enchiladas.
     
  2. This is not enchilada sauce. No chili powder. And Cayenne doesn’t count. You need real chili powder.
