This hodge-podge mix of veggies is a great compliment to many meals.
- 0.333 (6 1/16 ounce) bag Baby Spinach
- 1 tomatoes, sliced
- 1⁄2 cucumber, sliced
- 4 mushrooms, sliced
- 1 ounce cranberries
- 1 summer squash, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
- Mix all together.
- Top with oil and balsamic vinegar.
