  1. Cream together the first 2 ingredients and.
  2. Add eggs, sour cream.
  3. Sift together the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda and gradually add to liquid mixture.
  4. Add vanilla.
  5. Pour 1/2 batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
  6. Spread 1/2 of topping mixture and cover with rest of batter and topping to finish.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until a tester comes out clean.
  8. Let cool and dust with icing sugar.

I found that this recipe needed the addition of 1/2 cup of milk, but it was easy to make. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

I have used this recipe for years, however I do not dust with icing sugar and I do not use white sugar in the topping, I use dark brown.
