  • Melt the marshmallows and milk in a double boiler.
  • Pour that mixture over the gelatin, stirring it until the gelatin is dissolved.
  • Stir in the cream cheese until it dissolves.
  • Add the pineapple and cool the mixture.
  • Add salad dressing and whipped cream and chill until firm.

  2. Hi Cookin'Kate, my mother used to make a salad almost just like this, she only used 1/3 cup salad dressing(mayo.)but everything else is the same. We all loved it.

Hi im Katie and i live in Santa Fe, New Mexico, on the verge of moving to Louisiana. My favorite cookbook it well, this is a hard question...well i dont know, i have to many. I love to cook, my favorite recipe to make is probably, cornbread from scratch, chocolate truffles from scratch, and my favorite, SPAGHETTI!!! (from scratch) I know this may sound weird but im almost 12 and can cook about 18 things from scratch!!!!! I do all the cooking in my house, my mom loves it. My mom is wildheart.
