• 226.79 g package broad egg noodles
• 118.29 ml butter
• 226.79 g mushrooms
• 78.78 ml flour
• 473.18 ml chicken broth
• 236.59 ml milk
• salt
• pepper
• 78.78 ml parmesan cheese
• 473.18 ml cooked chicken
• sage

directions

1. Cook noodles as directed on package .Melt butter and cook mushrooms in large skillet until lightly browned .Stir in flour and blend in with a forkor slotted spoon . Stir in milk and broth. stir until thickened. combine sauce, noodles ,and chicken . adjust seasonings to taste . Place in casserole dish . sprinkle top with parmesan cheese . bake @350 for 30 minutes .
