I made this at Thanksgiving this year for a change of pace. It was well-received by the family and I will, most likely, make it again. It's easy enough to do any time of the year.
This is a wonderful corn casserole. I plan on making it again for Thanksgiving because it not only tasted so good but it was so easy to put together. The breadcrumb topping was a nice touch. Thanks for sharing, Rhonda in Texas.
This was simple and quick to prepare, and smelled delicious while cooking. Next time, I might add some peppers for color and a bit of zing.
