Easy and good!
Delicious! I made this for an Oscar Night dinner and grilled up some sausages to go along with it. Me & the hubs were impressed! As I was making it, I realized I forgot the fresh basil!! Panic ensued but, luckily, I had some dried and after a little "googling" worked out the equivalent. Worked fine, but would have preferred the fresh. So easy and I'll make it again and again!

Excellent recipe, I make this often. Our favorite variation is using dried tortellini for the pasta.
this recipe is basically the only reason I have gotten through law school. I can't afford takeout, and don't have time to cook, but this recipe feeds my family for two or three days at a time with a salad, and we never get sick of it! Only one pot to wash, means I can make it on a weeknight, even if I don't get home until 8!
If you are working person with limited time for cooking during the week, you MUST give this a try! The results of this dish for time invested are superb! It is truly a 30-minute meal.
