Easy one pot meal - even easier if you use a bag of frozen pepper and onion mix. I like to use a pasta sauce with Roasted Peppers in it too...Very good!

  1. Prepare elbows according to instructions on box.
  2. In a large skillet, brown beef, along with peppers and onions.
  3. Drain grease.
  4. Add elbows and tomato sauce to beef mixture and blend well.
  5. Top with mozzarella and serve.
