This is a combination of different recipes found on this website, a concoction of ingredients that I had on hand that slightly resembles ambrosia...I think. haha. But definitely delicious!
- 1 (1 ounce) package fat-free sugar-free vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (15 ounce) can fruit cocktail in juice, undrained
- 1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges in juice, drained
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 2 cups sweetened coconut
- 1 (8 ounce) container Cool Whip Free
